Student Experience Manager (Remote - Full time) - Gyanplug Marketplace

About Gyanplug Marketplace:

Gyanplug is an innovative marketplace platform connecting students with admission counsellors and educational opportunities. We are passionate about empowering students to make informed decisions about their future. We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Student Experience Manager to join our growing remote team.

Position: Student Experience Manager

Location: Work From Home (India)

Engagement Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Approximately ₹3.5 - 5.8LPA + Performance Based incentives ranging between ₹80,000 - 2,00,000

Requirements
  • Preferably having experience in a student-facing role, such as academic counselling, student support, admissions, or a similar capacity.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with students and partners.
  • Demonstrable experience in conducting training sessions or workshops.
  • A broad understanding of various career paths, academic disciplines, and the Indian education system.
  • A genuine passion for helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement in the field of student development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, flexible environment.
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation models.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online platforms and communication tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Student Needs Identification: Proactively engage with students to understand their academic background, career aspirations, preferred courses, and other relevant requirements.
  • Counsellor Matching: Accurately assess student needs and efficiently connect them with the most relevant and qualified Admission Counsellors on the Gyanplug Marketplace.
  • Public Relations & Communication: Maintain excellent public relations over the phone with students, parents, and admission partners, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.
  • Training & Development: Design and conduct engaging training sessions for our Admission Partners on platform usage, best practices, and student engagement strategies.
  • Student Guidance & Support: Conduct informative sessions and provide broad guidance to students on various career paths, helping them explore options and make informed decisions.
  • Platform Advocacy: Promote the benefits and features of the Gyanplug Marketplace to students and partners.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong passion for staying updated on new developments in career counselling, educational trends, and learning & development strategies for students.
