Job Title: Global Student Housing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Global Student Housing Expert.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading conversion efforts, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and providing expert advice on student housing options. They will work closely with the marketing and supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
  • Active Listening: Strong active listening skills.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Objection Handling: Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
