Your Role

We’re on an exciting digital journey and we’re looking for a dynamic Digital Transformation Officer to help lead it. In this role, you’ll drive technology-forward initiatives, connect digital strategy with creativity, and help us shape the future of the jewellery industry.


What You’ll Do

Lead Digital Strategy

  • Design and execute our 2024–2028 digital roadmap.
  • Inspire digital-first thinking across sales, manufacturing, and marketing.
  • Build frameworks that guide smart digital investments.
  • Launch innovative learning programs that upskill our global workforce.

Technology & Automation

  • Integrate next-gen digital systems seamlessly across departments.
  • Lead automation projects to simplify workflows and improve productivity.
  • Introduce digital tools that enhance collaboration and agility.
  • Identify and implement new tech to boost efficiency and performance.

Supply Chain Innovation

  • Digitalize our end-to-end supply chain for full visibility.
  • Use AI-powered forecasting to predict demand more accurately.
  • Deploy blockchain to strengthen traceability and trust.
  • Reinvent inventory management with intelligent, connected systems.

Digital Workplace

  • Build a vibrant, tech-enabled workplace that empowers every team.
  • Drive adoption of digital learning and collaboration platforms.
  • Champion automation to eliminate repetitive manual work.
  • Use analytics to boost engagement, productivity, and innovation.

Data & Analytics

  • Lead data science and AI-driven analytics projects.
  • Turn complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure clean, reliable data.
  • Develop powerful business intelligence dashboards for leadership.

Smart Decision-Making

  • Transform ERP reporting with real-time automation.
  • Strengthen data governance and integrity across systems.
  • Build financial impact dashboards that empower leadership decisions.


Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in technology management, including 2+ years in leadership.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experienced in leading large-scale digital transformations.
  • A visionary thinker who’s passionate about innovation and collaboration.
  • Strong communicator with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
