Manager Digital Transformation

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong digital mindset to drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across functions. This role will act as a bridge between business operations and the RPA Center of Excellence (COE), identifying automation opportunities, preparing business documentation, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Opportunity Identification
- Collaborate with functional teams (HR, AP, AR, Procurement R2R, etc.) to identify and assess automation opportunities.
- Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies to prioritize high-impact use cases.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital thinking across teams.
- Business Documentation & Handover
- Create high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Process Design Documents (PDD).
- Work closely with the RPA COE team to ensure smooth handover and alignment on requirements.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide business context.
- Project Execution & UAT
- Act as the business lead during the development and testing phases.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely sign-off and transition to production.
- Run Phase Ownership
- Own the post-deployment phase including monitoring, issue resolution, and benefit tracking.
- Act as the first point of contact for process owners and COE for any enhancements or issues.
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met for automated processes.
- Operational Contribution
- Contribute to day-to-day functional operations (e.g., HR Ops, AP, AR) to maintain domain expertise.
- Balance operational responsibilities with digital transformation initiatives.
- Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive change management and user adoption for digital solutions.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for business users.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to report progress, risks, and benefits.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of RPA tools (preferably UiPath) and automation lifecycle.
- Experience in process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a matrix environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Certification in RPA, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis is a plus.
- Prior experience in shared services or GBS environment is highly desirable.
