Your Profile

  • Proven leadership in Application Maintenance (250+ FTEs), across technologies and geographies
  • Experience in transformation, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Hands-on with RPA, Gen AI, NoOps, Incident reduction, Six Sigma/Lean
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices (certification preferred)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills

Your Role

  • Drive productivity and transformation initiatives (ZeroOps, Automation, Gen AI, etc.)
  • Manage senior stakeholders across Capgemini and client organizations
  • Ensure high standards in Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes
  • Lead cost optimization and industrialization efforts to improve contribution margins
  • Collaborate with account teams to implement transformation levers and manage risks
