About Client

Our client is a leading MNC with market leading position across 100+ countries across products and categories. As they drive transformation across businesses, they are looking for an experienced professional to drive enterprise wide transformation initiatives within shared service set-ups across 3 continents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a lead for Digital Transformation and Project Management, you would drive automation, process optimization and cross functional alignment through centralized PMO framework.

You will lead a small multi geography team and drive high-impact, cross functional initiatives managing complex projects driving strategic value.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Transformation across functions like finance, HR procurement, IT etc.

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to reimagine business processes through automation (RPA) and AI/ML.

  • Lead end to end transition of business units into shared services including planning and change management.

  • Manage relationships with diverse group of stakeholders including business and functional heads, operations teams and vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years experience post MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

  • Atleast 5 years experience leading shared services transitions across multiple geographies and functions.

  • Strong track record of success in driving program management with a reputed organization.

  • Experience in Lean/Six Sigma, RPA and project management tools.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Candidate should be willing to work across time zones and frequently travel across sites.
