Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, BangaloreAbout the RoleYou'll be a key player in our digital transformation journey, working closely with business and technology teams to modernize systems, enhance user experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Business Cases: Assist in developing business cases, strategies, and clear objectives for new digital transformation projects.Domain Expertise: Leverage your thorough understanding of buy-side asset management operations to guide project scope and execution.System Implementation: Provide hands-on support in setting up digital systems, designing key user journeys, and supporting project implementation across diverse teams.Compliance: Ensure all developed policies and transformation initiatives comply with the relevant regulatory framework.Stakeholder Management: Utilize excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills to align business stakeholders and drive consensus.What You'll BringExperience: Proven experience working with diversified business and technology teams on digital transformation initiatives.Industry Knowledge: Strong background in Fintech, Asset Management, equities trading, and fixed income instruments.Technical Familiarity: Awareness of the following client environment technologies: MS SQL, AWS, and .Net.Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and ability to influence business leaders.
