Sales Development Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Initiate conversations via cold outreach to generate qualified interest.
- Schedule and drive product demos to understand customer needs and assess buying intent.
- Thrive in a small, early-stage team environment.
- Take ownership of outcomes to sign up new customers, overcoming obstacles and objections rather than just following a process.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling emails.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- Past experience prospecting contacts in Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition (TA), and technology leadership is highly preferred.
- Lead generation experience in international markets (e.g., Middle East, Southeast Asia, USA) is a strong plus.
