The Role :

Our client is looking for an extraordinary sales leader who would love the opportunity to work in a hot software startup company and help the Middle East region to become healthier, safer, more efficient, more productive, greener, etc…

This position will have overall responsibility for an incredibly high-growth market in the Middle East.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Meet & exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Serve as executive leader in the Region. Develop business and partnership strategies, build teams, grow sales and serve partners and customers in the Region. Work closely with CRO for the Region.
  • This is a hands-on position. Player-Coach.
  • Drive the growth of sales as an active Sales Leader. Prospecting, qualifying, account management and closing.
  • Establish Strategic Partners in the Middle East


Job Requirements :


  • Over 20 years of wide range of experience into Software Sales
  • Significant Management Experience
  • Have personal relationships with executives from local, regional and global companies of all sizes in the region
  • Sales Experience. Extensive experience in software sales especially strategic selling.
  • Experience. Significant direct leadership and partnership experience. You have a solid career history and a proven track record of driving success through partners
  • Comfortable in dealing with “C” and “X”VP level executives that are in the Business area
  • Leader. Exceptional management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. People want to work with you and for you.
  • Entrepreneurial. You are a creative and strategic thinker
  • Loves to work in a startup environment.
