Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with customers for purchase orders and payment collection.
• Provide product details, technical information, and deliver presentations.
• Prepare quotations, handle commercial terms and support negotiations.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure timely service support.
• Maintain customer database and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of the Pharma or manufacturing industry preferred.
• MS Office and CRM usage.
