**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate resources.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of customer service procedures and policies.
- Assist with product troubleshooting and inquiries related to order status, returns, or billing.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, needs, and areas for improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Empathetic and patient with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., retail, technology, healthcare, etc.)
- Bilingual (preferred but not required).
