Customer Care Executive Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- **Dispatch Coordination**: Coordinate with the packing team to ensure materials are packed according to invoices.
- **Customer Communication**: Provide customers with timely updates on material dispatch details.
- **Delivery Tracking & Confirmation**: Monitor dispatched materials and obtain customer acknowledgment upon receipt.
- **Purchase Order Verification**: Cross-verify incoming materials against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- **Payment Follow-up**: Proactively follow up on payments before material dispatch.
- **Reporting**: Maintain essential reports related to orders, dispatches, and customer interactions.
- **List Management**: Keep the order-to-dispatch list updated regularly.**Qualifications**:
**BCom**
- Proven experience in a customer service or order management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for order processing and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
