Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions—from the first call to deal closure. This role demands strong communication, persistence, and the ability to understand customer needs to guide them toward the right property.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with incoming leads through calls, messages, and scheduled follow-ups.
* Conduct detailed project briefings and educate potential buyers about project features, pricing, and USPs.
* Schedule and host property site visits for prospective customers.
* Maintain relationships through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
* Negotiate pricing, payment structures, and terms in line with company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of lead status, interactions, and sales pipeline.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely documentation.
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
* Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
* High level of discipline for follow-ups and lead management.
* 2-3 years of prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
Work Structure
6 days working
* On-site role (field activity + office coordination)
* Preference for candidates who can join immediately or within short notice.
