The Role

We're seeking a dynamic HR Manager to be the founding HR voice at our fast-growing agency. As our first dedicated HR hire, you'll work directly with leadership to build and scale our people operations, shaping a high-performance culture in a remote-first environment.

What You'll Do


• Own end-to-end talent acquisition and hiring processes


• Build and manage comprehensive onboarding/offboarding systems


• Oversee employee records, contracts, compliance, and payroll coordination


• Support international hiring with documentation and best practices


• Execute quarterly performance reviews and drive company culture initiatives


• Develop HR handbook, policies, and conflict resolution processes


• Partner with founders on strategic HR initiatives and monthly reporting


• Build scalable HR systems and SOPs for rapid growth

What We're Looking For


• Minimum 2 years HR experience


• Degree in HR Management, People Management, or related field
