Role summary
This is a very challenging senior role, working nights to directly engage US prospects, own high‑value deals, and mentor junior team members. Compensation includes salary plus perks tied to every business account you close. You report straight to the C.O.O. and play a central role in shaping Apollo’s market strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities
Lead pursuit and closure of strategic, high‑value US healthcare accounts for RCM or adjacent services.
Manage full sales cycle for complex deals: opportunity assessment, proposal creation, commercial terms, negotiation, and final contract.
Mentor or support junior BDMs in pipeline building, stakeholder mapping, and effective communication.
Collaborate with leadership to refine service packaging, pricing, and value messaging based on market conditions and feedback.
Ensure alignment with delivery and implementation teams on scope, commitments, and timelines; help drive early client success and retention.
Monitor trends in US healthcare reimbursement, payer behavior, and regulatory shifts; advise on new verticals or service enhancements.
Required skills and experience
6–10+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally with significant US healthcare exposure or RCM domain experience.
Strong record closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals, often across long sales cycles.
Exceptional consultative selling and communication skills; able to present financial impact and ROI to senior executives.
Leadership or mentoring experience; able to guide a smaller team or junior colleagues effectively.
Highly organized, self‑driven, strategic thinker; skilled with CRM, forecasting, and reporting.
Comfortable working night shift to match US business hours and deliver rapid responses.
Preferred
Experience with larger healthcare systems, multi‑state providers, or managed services agreements.
Familiarity with US payer mix, coding standards, claims denials, or compliance issues that affect provider revenue.
Education
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, healthcare management, finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
