Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing professional located in Noida. The role involves designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance online brand visibility and drive business growth. Primary responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and managing marketing campaigns, optimizing paid advertising initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. The candidate will also focus on customer engagement and retention strategies.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for clear articulation and relationship building
  • Experience in Market Research to identify potential trends, opportunities, and target audiences
  • Expertise in Sales and Marketing Strategy for driving revenue growth and market development
  • Proficiency in utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital commerce sectors is a strong advantage
