What you will take charge of

• Designing and running high accuracy Meta and YouTube campaigns with strong audience targeting

• Building dependable lead generation pipelines with clear and measurable results

• Managing social media promotions that genuinely elevate brand visibility

• Continuously refining campaigns through testing, insights and real time optimisation

• Creating crisp performance reports that help leadership make informed decisions


What we are looking for

• Minimum five years of strong hands on experience in performance marketing

• A stable career record that reflects consistency and professional reliability

• Proven ability to scale lead funnels and optimise for quality

• Deep understanding of audience behaviour, segmentation and retargeting

• A sharp analytical approach combined with fast and disciplined execution

• A mindset that sees digital marketing as a growth engine rather than a routine task
