About the Role

Logix Infotech is looking for a highly experienced Marketing Manager (15–25 years) to lead our nationwide marketing, lead generation, and market expansion initiatives.

This is a senior leadership & strategy role, not an execution role.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B Marketing, Team Leadership, Industry Networking, and Business Growth, especially within Pharma, Manufacturing, or Technology sectors.

You will oversee marketing performance for our flagship products:

Finaman ERP, Logix QMS, and Logix SOP Manager.

⭐ Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a 15–20 member marketing team
  • Build & implement strategic monthly/quarterly marketing plans
  • Set clear weekly/monthly targets and ensure team accountability
  • Strengthen organization-wide marketing discipline: calls, follow-ups, visits, demo scheduling
Market Development & Partnerships
  • Build strong relationships with pharma, chemical, and manufacturing industries
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion avenues
  • Conduct competitor research and gather market intelligence regularly
Branding & Visibility
  • Strengthen brand positioning for Finaman ERP, Logix QMS & SOP Manager
  • Oversee marketing collateral, campaigns, and communication standards
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and regions
Coordination & Performance Monitoring
  • Work closely with sales leaders to enhance demo bookings & conversions
  • Monitor lead quality, conversion pipelines, and team performance
  • Ensure accurate reporting through CRM/ERP systems
  • Review MIS reports, team metrics, and marketing KPIs regularly
⭐ Skills & Qualifications
  • 15–25 years of experience in Marketing / Business Development
  • Proven experience in leading large teams and driving performance
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying behavior in pharma/manufacturing
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical ability for evaluating team output and market data
  • Experience in pan-India marketing coordination
  • Highly disciplined, target-driven, and process-oriented

(Note: Digital marketing execution skills NOT required — team will handle execution.)
