Role Overview

As a Growth Associate, you will be at the forefront of Zolo’s expansion in Bangalore, responsible for scouting properties and building strong relationships with property owners. This role offers hands-on experience in business development and is a stepping stone to leadership roles within Zolo.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and scout potential properties for Zolo.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners to onboard new properties.
  • Conduct meetings and present Zolo’s offerings to property owners.
  • Manage leads effectively to support business growth.
  • Travel locally for meetings and site visits (ownership of a motorbike preferred).
  • Work closely with the team to meet growth targets.
