We are looking out for a lively, high skilled advertising account manager with a knack for developinggood customer relations, to support our client servicing team.Responsibilities:• Understand clients' products, services, competitors, target markets, and marketing objectives to develop effective solutions.• Create campaigns and generate innovative ideas based on client briefs.• Prepare reports, way-forward documents, and creative briefs for projects and campaigns.• Work with planning, design, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of clients' requirements.• Meet with clients to conceptualize and present marketing strategies, campaigns, and launch plans.• Develop marketing plans and budgets for campaigns to align with client goals.• Conduct competitive analysis to identify insights and opportunities for growthQualifications/Skills:• 1-3 years of work experience in a mainline agency [not a media, event, digital agency]• Non-digital work experience is a must• Brand Strategy, Planning and management• Client Management, Servicing and account management [not accountancy]• Creative conceptualization and Orchestration with logical and analytical understanding• Ability to deliver results under strict deadlines• Meticulous eye for detail• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Team Playing and OperationsAbout the Company:Alchemist Marketing Solutions is a 360-degree marketing firm that believes in providing through-the-line solutions to brands.
