Our Sales Executives are at the frontline of impact—building partnerships, mobilizing sponsorships, and engaging stakeholders to sustain our mission.


Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Identify and engage with potential sponsors, partners, corporates, and donors.
  • Promote and sell delegate registrations for foundation events, summits, and honorary convocations.
  • Drive sponsorship sales for conferences, awards, and projects.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for sustained growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and presentations to pitch opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM / database records with accuracy.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales & revenue targets.
  • Support cross-functional teams with partnership execution and client servicing.


Desired Skills & Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory for self-learners).
  • 0–5 years of experience in sales, sponsorship, delegate acquisition, or fundraising.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, mission-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools preferred.
  • Passion for social impact, philanthropy, and global development initiatives.
