The incumbent will also be responsible for scaling account size and ensuring profitability, fostering sustainablegrowth for the organization.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:15+ years of experience in IT Industry, preferably working in service-based IT industry.8-12 years of proven capabilities in strategic project management and leading mid to large service oriented large teams driving profitability, customer success and people success agenda.Proven experience in leading Agile, DevOps,technology and digitization automation driven projectsPossess Retail/Automotive domain knowledge (Preferred Indian clients)Strong delivery and technology excellenceStrong understanding on business value to be delivered to client with appropriate cost/ qualityRequired Experience:Contribute to strategic and policy development and implementation of the same in the organizationAllocate accountability amongst staff,manage career development of others, liaisewith professional staff and other managers, advise the business on technology related issues & engage in short / medium / long term planApply advanced knowledge and experience to the development of new methods, programs and procedures. Offer expertise cutting across units and make tactical decisions impacting business development and client relationship managementAdvise Senior Management on specialized testing issues, conduct, support and report research in one's own areas of expertise.Support in new business proposition to bid management / account management teamKey ActivitiesUndertake additional responsibilities/tasks as may be required by the businessReview and finalizethe budget for the Engagement/sReview, monitor & ensure closure/compliance of project parameters like schedule, quality, profitability, utilization, productivity, scope, risksProvide Strategic directions to the TestingFunction in the organizationEngage in Policy Development for Testing FunctionPrepare and roll out QualityProcess for Testingfunction in consultationPrepare organization level Productivity matricesfor Testing functionInculcate industry wide Testing best practices in the organizationDevelop Testing Competency in line with Organization needsIdentify Key stakeholders for the Testingfunction and drive the organization’s testing objectivesChart out short-,medium- and long-term objectives for the Testing functionManage the OverallTesting CommunityAdvice / Provide Consultancy to Test Managersfor business development, test Management and Testing related Project issuesImplement new and best practicesacross testing projectsInitiate and develop New Methods, Programs and Procedures to conduct effective Testing across various projectsProvide guidance and support to New Testing Projects or Complex Testing Programs across various units in terms of Process, Estimation Methods, Testing Tools, Test Strategizing, Adopting Best Practices and helping them to establish a firm base to deliver aggressively within agreed timelines and expected qualityReview current testing issues in the organization related to People, Process, Quality and Deliveries. Do Research and indicate probable root causes for the issues and corrective actions to be enforcedSupport Senior Management in taking Testing related business decisions and providing Status and progress of the Testing Function in the organizationPrepare / Support/ Review new business proposition to bid management / account management.Review Estimates / Costs for proposalsProfessional Qualification:B.Tech / B.E. / MCA (with good academic track-recon+ MBA (preferred)Possess 1-2 globallyaccepted certifications.“Lead Digital Transformation as Delivery Head to Drive delivery excellence, own P&L, and shape customer success in Retail/Automotive Domain.
