About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily accounting entries in Tally (Journal, Purchase, Sales, Contra, Payment, Receipt).
  • Maintain books of accounts and support day-to-day accounting activities.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger management.
  • Support the accounts team with documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot preferred).
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred: Basic exposure to IT returns filing.
