This high-impact role involves strengthening relationships with existing customers and expanding our portfolio by acquiring new logos. The right candidate will play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth by increasing sales, growing our GCC footprint, and building long-term, strategic client partnerships.Job Responsibilities:Drive business growth with existing accounts through strategic account managementAct as a hunter and Farmer—identify, pursue, and close new business across GCC accountsIdentify, pursue, and acquire new clients in the GCC space across India10+ years of experience in solutions/services sales within GCC'sDevelop and execute a structured go-to-market strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectivesBuild strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersCollaborate with delivery and solution teams to ensure high levels of client satisfactionCo-create compelling “Win Strategies” with internal stakeholders to deliver strong client value propositionsAnalyze industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to business and delivery teams to inform continuous improvement effortsSkills & Requirements:Proven experience in a sales or business development role focused on engineering services for GCC clients in IndiaDemonstrated success in strategic selling, opportunity development, and pursuit planningStrong consultative selling skills with a history of delivering measurable client valueExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong customer relationship-building abilitiesA keen interest in learning about emerging technologies and offeringsDemonstrated leadership qualities; cross-functional leadership experience is a plusHigh levels of integrity, professionalism, and a goal-oriented, results-driven mindset
