About the Role:As an Assistant Manager, Internal & Brand Communications at Cleartrip, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative, both within our vibrant organization and to the wider world. This dual-focused position is key to ensuring our internal teams are connected, informed, and inspired, while simultaneously amplifying Cleartrip's innovative spirit and customer-centric brand story across various platforms. You'll be at the intersection of our rapid growth and our commitment to transforming travel through tech and making every trip planning joyful.About the teamYou'll join a dynamic and agile Communications team, a central hub that champions Cleartrip's vision of making travel simple, accessible and joyful. Working closely with leadership, key BU's, and HR, we're responsible for crafting compelling messages and planning & executing flagship events that resonate, celebrate our achievements, and navigate our exciting journey as a challenger and a disruptor in the online travel industry.You are Responsible forInternal Communications Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement engaging internal communication plans that keep all employees informed about company strategy, key initiatives, product launches, and cultural milestones.Draft and edit company-wide announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, and intranet content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with Cleartrip's voice.Support executive communications, preparing presentations, talking points, and internal messaging for leadership.Drive employee engagement initiatives through creative communication campaigns and platforms.Support and promote Flipkart group wide flagship events within the Cleartrip ecosystemBrand Communications & Storytelling:Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to ensure internal messaging aligns seamlessly with external brand narratives and campaigns.Assist in crafting compelling brand stories, press releases, media pitches, and content for corporate social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn), highlighting Cleartrip's innovations, partnerships, and impact.Monitor media coverage and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance Cleartrip's brand visibility and reputation.Support PR efforts, including media relations and content development for external audiences.Content Creation & Management:Create high-quality written and visual content across various formats (e.g., articles, videos, infographics, presentations) for both internal and external use.Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of communication assets.Measurement & Optimization:Track and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.Using multiple platforms to gauge the success of a certain internal activity and event promotion (Employee NPS)To succeed in this role – you should have the followingExperience: 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, employee branding & engagement and public relations, preferably within a fast-paced startup, large corporate or e-commerce environment.Exceptional Communication Skills: Impeccable written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective communication strategies and compelling narratives.Content Creation Prowess: Proven experience in developing diverse content formats, from executive messages to engaging social media posts to conceptualizing flagship IPs.Brand Acumen: A strong understanding of brand building and storytelling, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across all communications.Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.Collaboration & Influence: A highly collaborative spirit, capable of building strong relationships across departments and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
