Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Data & Analytics / Data Science

Our solutions include data engineering, BI dashboards, predictive analytics, AI/ML solutions, and staff augmentation for data-driven teams. As we expand, we are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in Data & Analytics and Data Science domains.
- Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Present service offerings through compelling proposals, presentations, and product demos.
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel to successful deal closure, coordinating with leadership and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and ensure seamless project handovers.
- Maintain an updated CRM sales pipeline and report regularly on activities, progress, and achievements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales for IT services, preferably in Data Engineering, Analytics, Big Data, or AI/ML.
- Proven track record of generating new business leads and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Understanding of data ecosystem technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Python/ML, Cloud platforms) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience engaging clients in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or similar industries is preferred.
