Job Description:

As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data models and architectures to support enterprise-wide information management and analytics solutions.

Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and govern data architectures and data modeling solutions across relational, dimensional, and NoSQL platforms.
  • Lead the development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Implement and manage data lakes, data marts, data warehouses, and RDBMS solutions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define data strategies, build data flows, and manage data models.
  • Optimize data query performance and ensure best practices for data management.
  • Define and enforce data modeling standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to address project requirements and minimize risks.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in data warehouse, data lake, and big data platforms.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data ingestion, and metadata management.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling tools like Erwin or ER Studio.
  • Experience in team management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and data security.
