We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Advisor to join our team in Benagaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**Job Title**:
**Product Owner - Collibra Data Intelligence Platform**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define, prioritize, and manage the **product backlog** for Collibra DIP and DQ capabilities.
- Act as the **primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams** to ensure delivery aligns with business needs.
- Translate business requirements into **clear user stories and acceptance criteria** focused on data governance and data quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with Data Stewards, Engineers, and Governance teams to implement **DQ rules, scorecards, workflows**, and platform enhancements.
- Lead agile ceremonies such as **backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos**.
- Ensure continuous alignment with compliance teams for regulatory frameworks such as **GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and BCBS 239**.
- Track and report on **delivery progress, platform adoption, and key success metrics** related to data quality and governance.
- Stay up-to-date with Collibra product updates and advocate for feature adoption across teams.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience as a **Product Owner or Business Analyst** in data-focused projects.
- Strong working knowledge of **Collibra DIP** and **Collibra DQ**, including rule definition, scoring, and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of **data quality principles** (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity).
- Proven experience working in **Agile delivery teams**, preferably using Scrum.
- Ability to write **clear, actionable user stories** and manage complex backlogs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Collibra certification (e.g., **Collibra Ranger**, **Steward**, **DQ Specialist**).
- Familiarity with **data privacy regulations** and compliance reporting.
- Experience with **metadata management, data lineage**, and data catalogs.
- Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and data integration tools.
