We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our team in Remote, Mahrshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

. Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope.

. Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery.

. Work across multiple industries and within various verticals and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months).

. Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

. Execute the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.

. Proactively manage risk and influence others.

. Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted.

. Identify potential risks and issues and anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
