Sreelakshmi Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO-certified engineering firm specializing in LPG and PNG pipeline & Fuel Conversion solutions. Alongside we operate as Super Gas Agencies, an authorized distributor of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. for domestic and commercial LPG cylinders, we have been a trusted name in the energy sector since 1983.


As a group of two companies under the trade names Sreelakshmi Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Super Gas Agencies, we are a team of 200 employees of various categories committed to delivering safe, reliable, and compliant gas infrastructure and distribution services.


We are expanding and looking for talented individuals to join our growing team.


We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR In Charge to oversee all human resources, HR Software and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintain compliance with statutory regulations, and lead HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and support our business objectives.


Location :- Ernakulam, Kerala

Experience : Minimum 4 years in HR

Salary Package : 40,000/- to 45,000/-


Key Responsibilities:


Payroll Management:

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing for 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage statutory deductions including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and TDS.
  • Co-ordinate with the finance team for timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain payroll records and generate required reports.

Recruitment & Onboarding:-

  • Time to time recruitment of manpower sourcing using various platform
  • Sourcing & Screening of candidates
  • Employee onboarding & conduct On the job Training.

HR Software Operations, Attendance & Appraisal

  • HR Software management of all HR functions.
  • Maintain and update complete employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal files.
  • Monitor daily attendance, handle absences, and generate attendance reports.
  • Manage biometric or digital attendance systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
  • Employee Appraisal Management
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and internal compliance measures.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through regular engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support training and development efforts.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns on time.
  • Liaise with labor authorities and facilitate smooth audits and inspections.

HR Strategy & Planning:

  • Align HR initiatives with overall business goals in collaboration with leadership.
