Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in membrane technologies, water chemicals, and elevator solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in membranes, water chemicals, and elevator solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure long-term client retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in business development/sales within membrane, water chemical, or elevator industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific products, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build networks and foster long-term relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
