Role:

  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Charter a process improvement “project”
  • Work as a team along with process owners and functional teams
  • Evaluate financial impact / savings due to the process improvements
  • Work to ensure sustainability of the improvements


Responsibilities:

  • Well versed with Software Engineering, Project Life cycle and its implementation.
  • Ability to quickly learn and participate in collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge on Metrics analysis.
  • Prior experience of working in process driven projects.
  • Ability to understand business needs and built quality framework for internal and external customers.
  • Have a good knowledge of Agile Framework
  • Have a very good knowledge of CMMI Framework and process areas
