Denave is looking for a Business Analyst, who has ability turn data into knowledge to deliver best possible solutions to our clients. Who can work across large datasets, automate reporting workflows, and convert raw data into actionable insights.


Job Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements using structured techniques.
  • Should have experience in client interactions
  • Needs Assessment: Analyse business challenges and opportunities to identify and prioritize needs across projects.
  • Insight Derivation: Translate business understanding into actionable insights using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to identify actionable insights by analysing data in respect to the business focus/needs.
  • Ability to interpret Data insights to the respective stakeholders
  • Manage marketing and sales campaign analytics and provide performance visibility
  • Process Adherence: Monitor and ensure compliance with established business processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to support decision-making and solution design.
  • Perform hands-on analysis of large volumes of data and across multiple datasets


Job Requirements

  • B.Tech / BE / BCA / BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field, from reputed Engineering College/ Universities is preferred or Any Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working with BI and Analytics teams or on client-facing projects, is required.
  • Exposure to large datasets, data cleaning and storytelling through data
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience
  • Proven experience in Client Management with the ability to perform detailed needs assessment and translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Skilled in analysing data, identifying trends and creating cohorts of high-usage datasets to derive insights for business optimization.
  • Strong capability in identifying technology gaps and driving automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Expertise in process mapping and optimization, ensuring streamlined workflows and measurable impact.
  • A self-starter with high intellectual curiosity, able to identify correlations within data and draw meaningful, strategic insights.
