Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will serve as the link between our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, analyzing business needs, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into actionable insights for technical teams.
  • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align deliverables with client goals.
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and reviews to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Support project planning, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks or delays.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including proposal creation and requirement scoping.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth.


Requirements
  • Graduate degree required; B.Tech / MBA preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Client Management.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Candidates with more than 3 years of experience are not eligible for this role.
