Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at Fuel’s Opera House store. The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales team, nurture client relationships, and drive sales targets while ensuring the highest standards of customer experience in a luxury retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve excellence

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain lasting client relationships with a personalised touch

•⁠ ⁠Oversee day-to-day sales performance and operations

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and sales strategies

•⁠ ⁠Analyse sales data to identify new opportunities for growth


Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠3+ years of retail sales experience (luxury fashion preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Proven leadership and team management skills

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

•⁠ ⁠Strong sense of style, presentation, and customer service

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment
