Location: Ahmedabad (Night Shift / US Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our RPO and staffing services to clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing and RPO market.
 - Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
 - Understand client hiring needs and pitch tailored RPO/staffing solutions.
 - Schedule meetings with decision-makers (HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers).
 - Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
 - Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
 - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 - Prepare and present business development reports to management.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
 - 1–4 years of experience in business development / sales in the US staffing / RPO industry.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
 - Comfortable working in US night shifts (EST/PST time zones).
 - Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
 - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
