Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geographies.
- Generate qualified leads via outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position outsourcing solutions.
- Maintain and manage a sales pipeline in CRM with timely follow-ups.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, cold calls).
Experience Required:
- 2–4 years in sales/business development within outsourcing or professional services.
- Prior experience in fast-growing outsourcing companies is preferred.
