We're Hiring an Onsite Experienced Business Development Executive at Agreem Technologies Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad(Note: Please apply only if you are currently living in the nearby areas of Nikol, Vastral & Naroda. Otherwise, your application will be automatically rejected.)We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and driving business results.Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.Stay updated on industry trends and market shifts to identify new areas for growth.Schedule and lead client meetings, calls, and presentations.Track, report, and analyze sales metrics and pipeline activity.Prepare and present compelling business proposals and quotations.Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead nurturing.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA/PGDM or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT or digital services industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
