Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves developing strategies to increase company growth and profitability, as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition within the KPO/Outsourced Accounting/Financial Services industry.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, etc.).
- Strong expertise in international business development across USA, UK, and Canada.
- Excellent communication & email writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
- Strong data mining, research, and opportunity identification skills.
- Demonstrated track record of being target-driven and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and show leadership qualities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
