Academic Counselor - EdTech Sales (Associate Level)

What You’ll Do
  • Counsel prospective students on Nixace’s analytics programs and career paths
  • Conduct one-on-one online/offline sessions to understand learner goals
  • Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions through structured counseling
  • Support the admissions process — forms, interviews, and document verification
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate student and counseling data in internal systems


We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 1–3 years in academic counseling, inside sales, or EdTech advisory
  • Level: Associate / Entry to Mid-level role (not suitable for senior professionals or managers)
  • Skills: Excellent English communication, empathetic counseling, confident presentation
  • Tools: Basic familiarity with MS Office and CRM software
  • Personality: Energetic, self-driven, and people-oriented with a focus on student success
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities for lead conversion.
