Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale Health & Welfare operations, ensuring seamless service delivery in alignment with US Healthcare domain regulations.
  • Oversee enrolment processes, file processing, data processing, and carrier file management, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage health payroll operations, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements, automation, and best practices.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to HIPAA and other US healthcare industry standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to streamline healthcare benefits administration.
  • Lead health implementation projects and ensure successful execution of benefits programs. Manage a team of 100+ employees, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Drive service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on process optimization and business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience, with at least 15+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Health & Welfare, enrolment, data processing, file processing, carrier files, and health payroll.
  • Experience in Healthcare Implementation & Benefits Administration is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead large teams of 100+ professionals in a high-volume environment.
  • Hands-on experience in process automation, operational improvements, and quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work in a US shift and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
