Healthcare Analyst:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Analyst with a keen interest in U.S. healthcare claims, billing, and analytics. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the healthcare analytics domain. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new healthcare concepts, regulations, and technologies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in healthcare data analysis, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Healthcare Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing healthcare claims and billing data to identify trends, ensure data accuracy, and support revenue cycle optimization.
• Claims and Billing Support: Gain exposure to U.S. healthcare claims processing, denial management, and medical coding concepts under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Client Communication: Support client interactions through emails and calls, responding to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on U.S. healthcare regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance in all analytical processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to data-driven insights.
• Data Integrity: Assist in verifying the accuracy and reliability of healthcare data used for reporting and analysis.
• Process Improvement: Participate in identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Learning & Development: Engage in training programs and mentoring sessions to enhance knowledge of healthcare analytics, claims, and billing practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of healthcare claims processing, billing, or medical coding concepts such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or academic project experience in healthcare analytics, billing, or claims processing.
• Exposure to U.S. healthcare systems and regulations.
• Certification in Medical Coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
