About the Role

We're looking for a 
street-smart, energetic, and execution-focused Operations Associate
 who wants to make a career in the healthcare sector and can take full ownership of running our clinic's daily operations.

This is a 
hands-on role
 for someone who thrives on responsibility, problem-solving, and communication. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent patient experience, and successful execution of outreach and marketing initiatives.

We want someone who treats the clinic like 
their own business
 — proactive, dependable, and results-driven.

If you perform well, you'll have the opportunity to 
lead a small team
 and grow into a 
Clinic Manager
 role within months.

Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations

• Oversee daily operations including appointments, staff coordination, billing, and inventory.
• Ensure every task and process runs smoothly and on time.
• Maintain checklists and ensure completion of all operational tasks daily.

Patient Experience & Feedback

• Welcome patients and ensure a seamless clinic experience.
• Take structured 
  patient feedback
   and share actionable insights with the management team.
• Manage and improve the clinic's 
  Google My Business (GMB) reviews
   and online reputation.
• Handle patient follow-ups and engagement via WhatsApp and calls.

Outreach & Marketing

• Plan and execute 
  local health camps and awareness drives.
• Manage outreach and publicity
   to ensure camp success — through posters, social media, and local partnerships.
• Track and report outcomes from each camp (footfall, leads, conversions).

Relationship Building

• Meet and network with 
  local doctors and referral partners
   to establish professional relationships.
• Represent the clinic at local events, talks, and medical gatherings.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain daily/weekly reports on patients, operations, and activities.
• Handle small purchases, vendor coordination, and stock management.
• Support management in implementing process improvements and SOPs.

   or manage multiple clinics based on performance.
