You’ll be responsible not just for managing academic operations, but also for identifying new market trends, launching in-demand courses, and expanding our training verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily academy operations and ensure high-quality program deliveryIdentify and introduce trending, high-demand skill and language coursesDrive student enrolment and business growth through innovative strategiesBuild and manage a high-performing academic teamCollaborate with recruitment and immigration teams for training alignmentMaintain student discipline, satisfaction, and performance trackingRepresent the academy in meetings, presentations, and external partnershipsRegularly monitor and improve training processes and infrastructureIdeal Candidate ProfileBachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field4+ years of experience in training/ed-tech/education sector leadershipExcellent communication, presentation, and people management skillsProven track record in business development and launching new programsTech-savvy with knowledge of online learning tools and platformsGerman language understanding is a plusWhat You GetOpportunity to lead and scale a future-focused skilling institutionFreedom to innovate and implement new course ideasCollaborative and visionary work cultureAttractive salary with performance-linked incentives
