Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Overseas Administration Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will manage and support all administrative activities related to overseas student admissions, university coordination, documentation, and student services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student documentation and ensure timely processing for overseas university applications
  • Liaise with partner universities and international institutions for admissions, updates, and compliance
  • Guide students through visa application procedures, pre-departure formalities, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, communication, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth student onboarding and post-admission support
  • Assist in organizing seminars, counseling sessions, and webinars related to studying abroad
  • Provide administrative support to the Overseas Education team and resolve student queries
  • Stay updated with international education policies, visa requirements, and university regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in overseas education administration or a related domain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and general administrative tools
  • Knowledge of international admission procedures and visa processing is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
