International Business Manager

Location: Coimbatore (Onsite)

Salary: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (₹37,500 – ₹50,000 per month)

About the Role

AHAM Group is seeking a highly analytical, organized, and proactive International Business Manager to lead our Research & Development and Management Coordination functions in the Overseas Employment and Overseas Education sectors.

This role involves researching international markets, studying global migration policies, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating tasks across multiple departments to support international operations and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Development (R&D)

  • Conduct detailed research on overseas job markets, skill shortages, migration laws, and education pathways.
  • Analyse country-specific requirements (Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East, etc.).
  • Identify new global partnerships, business channels, and expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly industry reports, market analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Track competitor trends, visa updates, policy changes, and global hiring patterns.
  • Support management in developing new service models, process improvements, and business strategies.

2. International Business & Management Coordination

  • Coordinate between Sales, HR, Documentation, Customer Support, and B2B teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the Founder/CEO on planning, execution, and follow-ups for ongoing international projects.
  • Maintain MIS reports, trackers, performance summaries, and follow-up sheets.
  • Act as a bridge between internal departments and international clients/partners.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and meeting documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by management across all departments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or similar fields.
  • Strong expertise in research, analysis, and market study.
  • Experience in Overseas Recruitment / Overseas Education (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and coordination ability.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with strong ownership.
