Job Summary:

We are looking for a **dynamic and student-focused Career Counsellor** to guide students and parents through educational and career opportunities in India and abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling, and a deep understanding of overseas education processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and application processes.

* Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.

* Provide information on IELTS, German, and Japanese language training programs offered by Golden Gateway.

* Coordinate with internal teams for application documentation, admission processing, and visa guidance.

* Maintain follow-up with potential leads through calls, emails, and counselling sessions.

* Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.

* Achieve monthly student enrolment and counselling targets.

* Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions in CRM.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or HR preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in student counselling or overseas education industry preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good presentation and convincing ability.

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

* Ability to work independently and meet targets.
