Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will lead all marketing, branding, and growth initiatives across OneVault and CapitalWallet. This role requires deep expertise in fintech, payments, EMI/BaaS, acquiring, remittance, and digital-first communication. The candidate will build the entire marketing organisation from scratch, own the global marketing strategy, and drive both B2B and B2C growth across India, EU, UAE, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Develop and own brand positioning for OneVault (EMI/BaaS) and CapitalWallet (PSP/crypto-friendly acquiring).

- Create brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines.

- Build institutional-level credibility through case studies, collateral, and enterprise storytelling.

- Ensure compliance-friendly communication across all marketing channels.

2. Digital Marketing & Growth

- Lead digital acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, industry networks, and programmatic channels.

- Oversee funnel optimisation, performance dashboards, and full-funnel analytics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, MQL→SQL).

- Implement CRM automation, email nurturing, retargeting, WhatsApp flows, and marketing automation journeys.

- Manage SEO, content optimisation, and product landing pages.

3. B2B Lead Generation & Demand Gen

- Build structured inbound demand generation for enterprises, PSPs, NBFCs, fintechs, payment companies, and SMEs.

- Develop ABM (Account-Based Marketing) for high-value enterprise targets.

- Create sales enablement kits including decks, playbooks, one-pagers, and use-case collateral.

- Work closely with sales to integrate marketing-qualified leads into enterprise pipelines.

4. Product Marketing

- Translate complex banking/fintech/crypto PSP products into simple, value-driven messaging.

- Lead GTM strategy for EMI features, issuing, acquiring, vIBANs, wallets, remittance, payouts, and BaaS.

- Create product sheets, documentation, and launch campaigns.

- Work with product, engineering, and compliance to ensure messaging accuracy.

5. Partnerships & Ecosystem Visibility

- Support partnership teams in building co-branded campaigns with networks, vendor partners, and fintech clients.

- Represent OneVault and CapitalWallet at global fintech events, expos, and industry forums.

- Build thought leadership and category leadership using content, PR, and global ecosystem relationships.

6. Team Leadership & Organisation Building

- Build and scale the complete marketing team (digital, content, brand, product marketing).

- Manage internal creative, brand, and growth teams as well as external agencies.

- Establish KPIs, reporting systems, and performance dashboards.

- Drive a high-performance, metrics-driven culture.

Requirements

- 12–20 years of experience in fintech, payments, EMI/BaaS, PSPs, SaaS, or neobanking.

- Proven leadership in building marketing teams and driving full-stack marketing functions.

- Deep understanding of acquiring, issuing, wallets, remittances, crypto payments, and payment infrastructure.

- Strong command over digital marketing, B2B enterprise funnels, and compliance-led communication.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, leadership, and cross-functional management.
