The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, LinkedIn outreach , conducting presentations, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.QualificationsInside Sales and Lead Generation skillsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsAccount Management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in the technology or AI industry is a plusWe are looking for 2-4 years of experience in the field.
