At our core is a groundbreaking technologyproduct that gamifies the interior design experience, putting control directly in the hands of theConsumer.Headquartered in Mumbai, operates pan-India with offices in Bangalore, Delhi,Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Pune, Ahmedabad, and the USA, with plans to expand to the UAE.Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Marketing professional at the VP level to drive lead generation initiatives, develop new client pipelines, and manage key enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of commercial real estate leasing, corporate accounts, and client relationship management. This is a high-impact role focused on strategic client acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Lead GenerationIdentify, target, and generate qualified leads among large enterprises (Fortune 1000, MNCs, BFSI, Tech Parks, etc.) for commercial interior design and build projects.Build and manage a prospecting pipeline aligned with the company’s target segments.Use a data-driven approach to map industry sectors, emerging office developments, lease expiries, and potential relocation opportunities.Market Intelligence & ResearchLeverage existing relationships in IPCs, real estate forums, landlord networks, and brokerage ecosystems to source high-value opportunities.Engage with channel partners to consistently feed qualified leads into the sales funnel.Collaborate with brokers and landlords to participate in early-stage client discussions.Cross-functional CollaborationWork with design, operations, and delivery teams to understand project types and ideal client profiles.Provide feedback loops to marketing, strategy, and delivery teams for campaign refinement and service offering alignment.
